To help you make the most of your time in Japan, we recommend:
Arrival in Tokyo (HND or NRT)
Arrive between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to allow time to settle in before joining the optional evening orientation in Shinjuku (arrival time permitting).
Departure from Osaka (KIX)
Consider booking a return flight departing after 4:00 PM to maximize your final day with additional shopping or sightseeing before heading to the airport.
We'll provide helpful pre-departure guidance, including packing suggestions, luggage recommendations, connectivity options, and travel tips to help you prepare for your journey, including:

Step 1 | Complete the Traveler Information Form
Complete one Traveler Information Form for each room reservation.
If you would like Optional Vacation Travel Protection, simply select "Yes" on the registration form, and we'll provide you with a travel protection quote.
Step 2 | Reservation Review
Once your form has been submitted, our team will review your reservation request and contact you within 1–2 business days if any additional information is needed.
Step 3 | Secure Your Reservation
Once your reservation request is confirmed, we'll secure your room (subject to availability) and process your required deposit.
Step 4 | Confirmation & Invoice
After your deposit has been processed, we'll send your reservation confirmation and invoice showing your payment and remaining balance. Please review your invoice carefully for accuracy.
