All flights should arrive and depart from Kotoka International Airport in Accra, Ghana (ACC). Please DO NOT book your airfare until your travel advisor has confirmed your reservations.
Airfare can be added to your reservation if needed or can be booked independently. If airfare is purchased through OneStop Travel Planners, you may be required to pay for the airfare in full at time of purchase.
A visa is required for entry to Ghana for all American citizens.
Ghana requires one blank visa page in your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond intended period of stay.
Proof of Yellow Fever vaccination is required upon arrival in Ghana for anyone over nine months of age.

We strongly recommend the purchase of vacation travel protection, and it can be added on to your room reservation (and airfare if needed) within 7 days of your deposit. Steps to request a spot:
Step 1: Please fill out the Traveler Information form (one form for each room). If you require Travel Protection, please contact us first prior to submitting payment.
Step 2: Once completed, our team is notified and will contact you within 1-2 business days if additional information is needed.
Step 3: We will secure your room and make your deposit.
Step 4: After the deposit is made and your card is processed, we will send you a copy of your invoice showing the amount applied. Please review your invoice for accuracy.

- The Traveler Information form is to request a room. Your room is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation from your travel advisors.
- Bed configurations are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed.
- If your travel dates are outside of the travel dates, we will need to confirm availability to have the nights added to book your room. This can take 5-7 business days to confirm.
